By far, you are even late, it was useless since "maddening cacophony" came out, now it's like turbomegauseless, in fact even maddening got totally outscaled.

Look at thaaaat! It's a sorcery for a {B} and a {U}, that TARGETS, lmao, game 2 against a w/something deck is only good to mill yourself, and those intensive costs blearg, it's a 2 colors deck but it doesn't mean that you start the game with both colors on the battlefield! (or that the enemy will leave those 2 colors on your battlefield untouched)

This is just better on so many levels that those 2 cards not milled are a fair price, it costs a generic and a {U}, waaaaaay easier to cast, and without targeting it doesn't care about anything the protects the enemy, it' just glimpse 2.0 that comes with the possibility of paying the equal of the USA's public debt to cut directly in half the enemy deck, maybe it's good in commander I don't know.

This one is the jackpot, it may seem hard to cast but it really isn't, {U} {U} {U} is not too much counting that mill is a massive {U} and tiny little {b} deck, but even if this 3 {U}s are spooky just think about the fact that you are mostly never going to pay those 3 {U}s, you are going to cycle this card over and over milling 4 in instant speed, uncounterable, without targeting aaaand drawing on it, this card is just everything you need, please, stop using glimpse, it served well, but let it retire.
